Ian is the head trainer on staff at Revolution Fitness. As a new member you receive a complimentary half-hour training session. You can schedule your session with Ian for a time that is convenient for you. Training packages with Ian can be purchased at the front desk. Individual, half-hour, and full hour sessions are all available.

Ian's knowledge of exercise physiology has enabled him to manage his own Type I diabetes ­ excelling at sports and reaching his own personal fitness goals while managing a serious chronic condition.
