What you'll see...

SPINNING® ROOM - This large room houses 40 Spinning® bikes, and is equipped with a two-story garage door (for those cool breezes!) and a state-of-the-art sound system.

CARDIO EQUIPMENT - Get rolling on one of 20 pieces of cardio equipment including treadmills, recumbent bikes, elliptical trainers and the machine voted the best new cardio of the year, The Cybex Arc Trainer! Our cardio equipment is equipped with Broadcast Vision. Your workout will fly by as you watch your very own flat screen TV with one of 80 available channels. Bring your own earphones or purchase them at the front desk. 

STRENGTH TRAINING EQUIPMENT - We offer a full complement of strength training machines, including Cybex and Club Tek Tuff Stuff, Free weights, plus two studios filled with stability balls, BOSU’s, Body bars, resistance bands & more!

LOCKER ROOMS - Our club isn't standard-issue and neither are our locker rooms. These full-service locker rooms are stocked with all the necessities including shampoo, conditioner, a body wash and of course, free towel services.
